I’m a client relations and operations professional with almost ten years of experience delivery providing exceptional service, driving process improvements, and supporting complex client needs across both corporate and public-sector environments.

Currently serving as an Interim Client Specialist while as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Alight Solutions, I partner closely with the clients and internal teams to enhance service quality, streamline operations, update processes, and ensure compliance across multiple programs.

My background includes leading large-scale quality initiatives, mentoring new hires, and developing tools and reports that improve accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Before transitioning to corporate client management, I built a foundation in policy research and public service through roles at the U.S. Senate, the Heritage Foundation, and the Hudson Institution with my expertise in foreign policy and writing — experiences that have helped strengthen my analytical skills and global perspective.

I’m passionate about creating solutions that improve both client and employee experiences, and I thrive in roles that blend communication, data-driven insight, and strategic problem-solving. I have always thrived on challenging myself, determined to solve the hardest puzzles life can provide, both professionally and personally.

Challenges in life are not something I am unfamiliar with; rather than sit on the sidelines I’ve chosen to become a master of life’s challenges.
